Terms of Use — Help a Mano

This is a plain-language template covering website use and the general shape of our bookings, pricing and guarantee. It isn't a substitute for legal advice — before relying on it commercially, have it reviewed by a lawyer, and add your company registration number where marked below.

1. Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Use apply to anyone using the Help a Mano website (this site) or booking a training session or program with us. Help a Mano is a brand of Esperity BV, registered in Belgium, with its office at Bd Brand Whitlock 108, 1200 Brussels, Belgium (VAT / company number: [add your BCE/KBO number here]). By using this site or booking with us, you accept these terms.

2. Using this website

You may browse the site and use the contact form for genuine enquiries about our services.
You may not scrape, copy, or reuse the site's content, design or code for your own commercial purposes without our written permission.
All text, design, playbooks, prompt libraries and other materials on this site are the property of Esperity BV unless otherwise stated.
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

3. Booking a session

Sessions and programs are booked through Calendly or by contacting us directly. Calendly's own terms apply to the scheduling process itself. Once a session is confirmed, the pricing, format (First Session, 4-Session Program, AI Embed Program, or AI Compound retainer) and any custom scope agreed by email or in the booking form form part of our agreement with you.

Reschedule requests made at least 24 hours before a session are accommodated at no charge, where possible.
The €195 First Session fee is credited in full toward the 4-Session Program if you continue within the timeframe stated on our Services page.
Prices shown are in EUR and exclude any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise; a VAT invoice is provided for every paid engagement.
Belgian and other EU training-funding schemes (such as the KMO-portefeuille) are administered by the relevant government body, not by us — eligibility and application are the client's responsibility, though we're happy to point you to what's available.

4. The "it actually works" guarantee

Clients who complete the full 4-Session Program and apply the workflows built together, but don't see a measurable time saving, are entitled to a refund as described on our Services page. The guarantee applies to the 4-Session Program specifically and doesn't extend automatically to the First Session, AI Embed Program, or the AI Compound retainer unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5. Third-party tools

Our sessions make use of third-party AI and software tools — including Claude (Anthropic), Buffer, PostEverywhere, Make, Zapier, Canva and similar — which you'll typically need your own account or licence for. Your use of those tools is governed by each provider's own terms, and we aren't responsible for their availability, pricing changes, or output.

6. Your responsibility for AI-generated content

AI tools can make mistakes. You remain responsible for reviewing, fact-checking and approving any AI-generated content, workflow or automation before you rely on it or publish it — this matters especially for regulated or sensitive contexts, such as medical, legal or patient-facing communications. We don't provide medical, legal or financial advice, and nothing built during a session should be treated as such without independent professional review.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Belgian law, Esperity BV's liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific session or program giving rise to the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, except where such limitation isn't permitted by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute that can't be resolved amicably will be brought before the courts of Brussels, Belgium.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force at the time you book a session is the one that applies to that booking.
